As Christians we are called to
belong, not just believe!
For Holy Trinity, the element of
fellowship is based on the idea of including our members in the work and life of
the church. In other words we are each called to ministry, and each
person of God is an important and vital part of the body of Christ.
Fellowship is the process of inclusion in the body - moving people from stranger
to missionary. It is the purpose of the church to provide nourishment for
the believer and an opportunity to become a part of the mission of the church.
Consequently, you are
no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and
members of God's household, {20} built on the foundation of the apostles
and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. {21} In
him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in
the Lord. {22} And in him you too are being built together to become a
dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit. Eph 2:19-22
In the area of Fellowship, Holy
Trinity has several ministries that are designed to bring people into the life
of the church. Come and learn of your special gifts and become
part of the ministry of Christ.
The
Fellowship Board sees it's
role at Holy Trinity as "Sharing the light of Christ through service
and fellowship."
The Board's age range is as diverse
